MOSCOW, May 30 (PRIME) -- Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank is holding talks to sell the Antipinsky oil refinery with potential investors, including Azerbaijan’s SOCAR, a spokesperson for the bank told PRIME late Wednesday.
“We said on numerous occasions that we are holding talks with potential investors. SOCAR is one of them,” the spokesperson said.
Sberbank said earlier in May that it received 100% in Vikay Industrial Limited that controls 80% in the Antipinsky refinery.
